You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in those messages.

Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending necessary account, billing, security, subscription, or service-related communications.

4. Your Business Data

You retain ownership of the business information you enter or import into Profit + Restock Planner.

We use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the service, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell your shop, product, sales, inventory, pricing, cost, or restock data.

5. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe payment services.

The Quiet Reign LLC. does not directly store your full payment-card number.

Stripe, Link, banks, card networks, and related payment providers may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, compliance, and transaction information according to their own privacy practices.

6. How We Share Information

We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers that help us operate Profit + Restock Planner, including providers supporting:

• hosting and databases;
• authentication;
• security;
• payment processing;
• subscription management;
• communications;
• customer support;
• fraud prevention; and
• legal or regulatory compliance.

We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and should not share your account with unauthorized users.

9. Data Retention

While your account is active, we retain information reasonably necessary to provide the service.

After paid access ends, inactive workspace data may be retained for up to 12 months to allow you to reactivate your subscription and return to your saved information.

After that period, The Quiet Reign LLC. may delete inactive workspace data unless longer retention is required or permitted by law.

You may request deletion sooner by contacting support@thequietreign.com, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.

10. Your Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request assistance with:

• accessing information associated with your account;
• correcting account information;
• requesting deletion of your workspace data; or
• asking questions about our privacy practices.

We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before completing a request.

11. California Privacy Information

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law.

The Quiet Reign LLC. will respond to requests as required by laws applicable to the business.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

12. Children’s Privacy

Profit + Restock Planner is a business software service and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

13. Third-Party Services

Profit + Restock Planner may use third-party service providers, including Lovable or associated infrastructure providers and Stripe or Link.

Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Business Transfers

If The Quiet Reign LLC. is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information associated with Profit + Restock Planner may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
